Worker policing

Okay kiddo, have you ever heard of a job where someone gets paid to keep things in order and make sure everyone is following the rules? That's kind of like what worker policing is.

Let's say you have a group of workers who are all trying to get something done, like build a house. Sometimes, one person might not be doing their job correctly or might even be doing something that's not safe. That's where worker policing comes in.

Worker policing means that the other workers in the group help make sure everyone is doing their job properly and safely. They watch out for each other like a team.

It's kind of like when you're playing a game with your friends and one of your friends is cheating. You might say "Hey, that's not fair!" That's the same idea as worker policing- making sure everything is fair and safe.

So worker policing is just when workers work together to look out for each other and make sure everyone is doing their job properly and safely.
