Works of Piety

Works of piety are things that we do to show love and devotion to God. Like when you spend time praying, going to church, singing hymns, reading the Bible, and giving to charity. It's like telling God how much you love Him and want to be close to Him. Just like how you show your love to your mom and dad by giving them hugs, listening to what they say, and doing nice things for them. Works of piety are also about being a good person and treating others kindly, because God wants us to love and care for each other as well.
