X and Y bosons

X and Y bosons are particles that help hold atoms together. They are made up of energy and help particles like protons and neutrons stick together to form atoms. They act like tiny glue particles and help the protons and neutrons stick together. Without X and Y bosons, the protons and neutrons of atoms wouldn't be able to stay together, and we wouldn't have matter as we know it!
