ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Yanantin

Yanantin is an old Inca philosophy that's based on the idea of balance and harmony. It's a way of looking at the world and our relationship to it, focusing on finding balance between all things. This means trying to keep all aspects of our lives in balance and working together in harmony. For example, it's important to make sure that emotions, thoughts and actions are in alignment. This can be a difficult concept to understand, but one way to think of it is like a seesaw. The two sides need to be equal in weight to stay balanced, and if we focus on keeping one side heavier than the other, then we will not be in balance.
