Okay kiddo, today let's talk about something called Zaire use. So, imagine you have a toy box with lots of different toys in it. Now, you want to play with some of those toys but not all of them. So, you pick out the toys you want to play with and put the rest away. That's basically what Zaire use is all about.
Now let's imagine that the toy box is actually a big store and the toys are different kinds of things you can buy. People do a kind of Zaire use when they want to buy certain things but not everything in the store. This helps them save money and buy only what they really need or want.
In the same way, a country called Zaire (which is now called the Democratic Republic of the Congo) used to do a kind of Zaire use with their money. They wanted to buy things from other countries but they didn't want to spend all their money on buying things they didn't really need. So, they set limits on how much they could spend and only bought things that were really important to them.
So, Zaire use is like being smart with your money and only buying the things you really need, just like when you pick the toys you want to play with from your toy box.
