Zen Buddhism

Zen Buddhism is a type of Buddhism that focuses on how to achieve a deep inner peace. In Zen Buddhism, people try to meditate and use their minds to reach a calmer, more peaceful state. To reach this state of peace, Zen Buddhists use a technique called "Zen meditation", which means focusing on your breathing and clearing your thoughts, as if your mind was a calm lake. By doing this, you become more mindful and aware of your thoughts, feelings and the world around you. Zen Buddhists believe being mindful and aware can bring about a sense of inner peace and contentment. Zen Buddhists also believe in living in the present moment, instead of worrying about the past or the future. They believe that by focusing on the present, they can find peace and happiness in their everyday lives.
