Zero defects means that something (like a product, process, or service) is perfect and doesn't have any flaws or mistakes. It means that the quality of the product is at the highest possible level. A zero defects goal means that all of the steps in the product, process, or service should be done perfectly every time and all mistakes should be corrected quickly. So, if a product is made with zero defects, that means it is the best quality possible.
