abula (soup)

Abula is a yummy soup that comes from Nigeria. It's made from three different kinds of soup called ewedu, gbegiri, and a spicy tomato stew.

The ewedu soup is made from a leafy green vegetable that is cooked and blended with locust beans and crayfish. The gbegiri soup is made from beans that are cooked, mashed, and mixed with palm oil and spices. The spicy tomato stew is made from tomatoes, onions, peppers, and spices.

When all three soups are ready, they are poured into a bowl together to create abula. It's usually eaten with a starchy food like pounded yam or amala.

Abula tastes really good and is a popular dish in Nigeria. It's also a great way to get lots of healthy veggies and beans into your diet!
