acquacotta

Acquacotta is a type of soup that comes from the beautiful country of Italy. It is made by cooking some tasty vegetables like onions, carrots, and celery in a pot of water. We add some yummy spices like garlic and rosemary to make it taste even better.

Once the vegetables are cooked, we add some delicious tomato sauce to the pot which gives it a lovely red color. We let everything simmer together for a while longer so that all the flavors can mix and blend nicely.

Finally, we crack some eggs into the soup and let them cook until they become firm. This adds a nice protein boost to the soup and makes it even more filling and satisfying.

Acquacotta is usually served with some bread on the side to dip into the soup and soak up all the delicious flavors. It's a great dish to warm you up on a cold day or to enjoy with your family and friends.
