Connecticut is a state in the United States of America. It is between the states of New York and Rhode Island. It has some big cities, like Hartford and Bridgeport, and lots of small towns. People in Connecticut like to go swimming, fishing, and camping in the summer, and skiing and having snowball fights in the winter. Connecticut's official flower is the mountain laurel. The state bird is the American robin.
