Eliticide is when people want to get rid of or violent towards people who they think are better than them. This can happen when people feel like they are not as important or special as others, and they feel jealous or angry about it. Sometimes, people who are different from each other can also lead to eliticide. But, it's not a nice thing to do because everyone is special in their own way and they should be treated with respect and kindness. It's important to love and embrace our individual differences instead of hurting or hating others for being different from us.
