To help become happier, start by spending time with the people you love. Take time to appreciate and enjoy the people around you and the things that you do together.
Take time to do activities that you enjoy and make you feel good. Find something that you enjoy doing, such as reading a book, playing a sport, or going for a walk.
Try to think positive thoughts and focus on the good things that are happening in your life. Make a list of things you are thankful for and remind yourself of them each day.
Finally, take time to take care of yourself. Get plenty of rest and eat healthy foods. Take breaks and do things that make you feel relaxed, such as listening to music, spending time outside, or taking a bath.
