A range bomber is a type of aircraft used to drop bombs onto targets that may be far away. This type of aircraft is able to fly very long distances - sometimes thousands of miles - in order to reach its targets. The aircraft is usually equipped with many bombs, so it can drop many bombs at once in order to cause more damage. Range bombers are usually very big planes, since they need to carry so much fuel, and so many bombs.
