Organizational commitment is an attitude that one has towards their workplace. It's how dedicated and loyal they are to their employer, and how much they want the company to be successful. It represents how strongly someone feels connected to their job and the workplace. People with high organizational commitment want to work hard and stay with their employer for a long time.
