Quantum Zeno effect

The quantum Zeno effect is a weird phenomenon in quantum physics. It's like a "stopwatch" that keeps time from going by too quickly. It happens when you measure a quantum system over and over again. When you measure a quantum system, instead of changing, it temporarily freezes. This is the quantum Zeno effect! So, when you measure a quantum system over and over again, it becomes "stuck" in the same state, like a person stuck in time.
