Riesz–Thorin theorem

The Riesz-Thorin Theorem is a way for grown-ups to figure out how much something weighs by measuring it a certain way.

Imagine you have a toy car that you want to weigh. But instead of a regular scale, you have two different scales, one that measures length and one that measures width.

The Riesz-Thorin Theorem says that if you measure the length of the car on one scale and the width of the car on the other scale, you can figure out the total weight of the car.

This theorem is really helpful for grown-ups who work with math and science because it lets them solve problems in a way that makes sense to them. But don't worry if it seems confusing, you'll learn more about it when you get older!
