Sufi cosmology

Okay kiddo, do you know what Sufism is?

No? Well, it is a spiritual practice that some Muslims follow that involves trying to get closer to God or Allah.

Now, Sufi cosmology is like a big map that shows us how the world works according to Sufism.

In this map, there are different levels or stages of existence that we can experience as human beings. These stages are like steps on a ladder and each level is higher than the previous one.

At the bottom of the ladder is the physical world where we live. Above that is the world of spirits, where angels and jinn live.

Above that is the world of souls, where our souls go after we die. It is said that the soul can travel to different planes of existence, and each plane is higher and more perfect than the previous one.

Finally, at the top of the ladder is the divine presence of God or Allah. This is the ultimate goal of Sufism, to reach the highest level of spiritual existence where we are close to God.

To reach this level, Sufis do things like prayer, meditation, and other spiritual practices. They believe that by doing these things, they can climb the ladder and reach the highest level of spiritual existence.

So, that's basically what Sufi cosmology is all about. It's a way of understanding the world and our place in it, and it helps us to achieve our spiritual goals.
