VoIP recording

VoIP (or Voice over Internet Protocol) recording is a way to record phone conversations over the internet. Instead of using a regular phone line, VoIP uses special technology that sends the audio of a call over the internet in a digital format. This means that you can use a computer to record the call and the audio will be much clearer and higher quality than if you used a regular phone line. VoIP recording is used in a lot of different places like call centers, customer service centers, and other businesses that need to record their calls.
