Ötzi

Ötzi was a very old man who lived over 5,000 years ago in a place called the Alps. He was found frozen in ice by some people who were hiking. Scientists think that he was about 45 years old when he died.

Ötzi is very special because he is one of the oldest and most well-preserved human bodies ever found. This means that scientists can study him to learn more about what life was like a really long time ago.

They found out that Ötzi didn't have very good teeth, and he had some tattoos on his body. He also had a fur coat and some tools that he used to hunt and make things. Scientists think that he might have been a kind of doctor because he had some plants and herbs with him that could be used as medicine.

So even though Ötzi is a really old man, he is still helping us learn things today!
