ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

1 E-1 m²

Okay kiddo, so you know what a meter is right? It's like a big ruler that helps us measure things like how far we can jump or how tall a building is. And a square meter is like if we took that ruler and put it all over the ground, to measure how big a room is.

Now, 1 e-1 m² might sound a little bit confusing, but that just means 1 times 10 to the power of negative 1 square meters. That's a fancy way of saying a really small amount of space.

Think about a piece of paper, that's about 1 square meter. Now imagine we cut that paper into a tiny square that's only one-tenth of a meter on each side. That little square would be 1 e-1 m², or one-tenth of a square meter.

So basically, 1 e-1 m² is like a little piece of space that's not very big at all, just one-tenth of a square meter!
