Abkhazia is a country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia. It is located between Russia, Georgia, and the Black Sea, and has a population of about 250,000 people. Abkhazia is an independent country, which means it has its own government, borders, and laws. Even though it is not recognized by most countries, Abkhazia has been an independent nation since 2008. People from Abkhazia have their own language, culture, and traditions. Abkhazia has its own currency, flag, and national anthem, and is a member of the United Nations.
