Abolitionism (animal rights)

Abolitionism is when people think all animals should have rights, just like humans do. That means all animals should be treated with respect and kindness and be given basic needs like food, water and shelter. Abolitionists also believe animals should not be used for experiments and that animals should not be harmed for entertainment (like in circuses or zoos). Abolitionists think animals are just as important as people and should be treated with love and care.
