Act on Illegality of the Communist Regime and on Resistance Against It

Okay kiddo, so a long time ago, some people were in charge of a country called 'communist'. And these people weren't always very nice. They did things that were against the rules and laws of the country, which is not okay.

But there were some good guys who didn't like what the bad guys were doing, and they wanted to stop them. They were called 'the resistance'. They knew what the bad guys were doing was illegal and wrong, and they wanted to do something about it.

So, some other good guys made a rule that said it was okay to stop the bad guys and make them stop doing the bad things they were doing. This is called the 'act on illegality of the communist regime and on resistance against it'.

The law said that the resistance could use some force to protect themselves and others from harm, and to stop the bad guys from hurting anyone else.

In short, the law gave permission to the good guys to stop the bad guys doing bad things that were against the law.
