Ad agency

Okay kiddo, you know how sometimes you see commercials on TV or ads on websites that try to sell you something? Well, the people who make those commercials and ads are called an ad agency. They are a big group of people who work together to come up with ideas for ads and then create them.

Just like how you have a teacher in school who helps you learn and a doctor who helps you stay healthy, businesses hire ad agencies to help them sell their products to people like you and me. The ad agency works with the business to figure out what they want to say in their ad and who they want to see it. They might use pictures, videos, music, or funny jokes to make the ad interesting and catchy.

Sometimes the ad agency also helps the business figure out where to put their ads so that lots of people will see them. They might put ads on TV, social media, or even on billboards on the side of the road.

In the end, the ad agency tries to make an ad that makes you want to buy the product they're selling. It can be fun and creative work, but it's also really important because it helps businesses make money and grow.
