Ad creep

Ad creep is when ads (usually online) start to follow you from one website to another. So if you look at something on one website like a pair of shoes, you might start seeing ads for those same shoes on a different website or maybe even in real life (like on a billboard)! Companies do this to try and get you to buy the things they are advertising. It can be a bit creepy, like the ads are following you around!
