Okay kiddo! So, Hungary was a big country a long time ago, and it was divided up into smaller pieces called administrative divisions.
The first level was called counties, kind of like states. There were 64 of them, and they were each run by a person called a county head.
Inside the counties, there were smaller areas called districts. Each district had its own leader called a district head.
Finally, inside the districts, there were even smaller areas called towns and villages. They had their own leaders too, but they had less power than the county and district heads.
All of these different levels of leaders worked together to make sure Hungary ran smoothly and everyone had what they needed. Pretty cool, huh?
