Adolph Luetgert

Adolph Luetgert was a man who lived a long time ago, in a city called Chicago in the United States. He was born in Germany and came to America when he was a young man.

Adolph Luetgert had a job making sausages. He had his own company called the A. Luetgert & Sons Sausage Company. They made all kinds of sausages that people liked to eat, like beef sausages and pork sausages.

But one day, something really bad happened. Adolph Luetgert's wife, Louisa, disappeared. People got worried and started to look for her. They searched everywhere, but they couldn't find her.

People started to think that Adolph Luetgert did something to his wife. They thought maybe he killed her and tried to hide her body by putting her in the sausages that he made.

This was a really scary thought for everyone. The police searched Adolph Luetgert's factory and found some things that looked like they could be human bones. They took Adolph Luetgert to court and accused him of murdering his wife.

During the trial, they found out that Adolph and Louisa had not been getting along very well before she disappeared. They also found out that Adolph had bought some strange chemicals that could be used to dissolve things.

In the end, Adolph Luetgert was found guilty of murder and was sent to prison for the rest of his life. People still talk about the case today because it was so strange and scary.
