Okay kiddo, do you know what a learner is? That's someone who is trying to learn something new, like how to ride a bike or read a book for the first time.
An adult learner is just like any other learner, but they're a grown-up! They might be trying to learn something new, or they might be going back to school to learn something they didn't have a chance to learn when they were younger.
