Advance fee fraud

Advance fee fraud is a fraud where someone might try to steal your money by asking for money up front. It works like this: someone might come to you saying that they have a really great deal for you, and if you pay a fee then you will get a lot of money back in return. They may even offer to split the money with you. But what they don't tell you is that the deal is fake, and there's no way you can get your money back. So if someone ever asks you to pay a fee up front in order to get something back, be very careful and watch out - it might be advance fee fraud!
