Agility

Agility is like playing a game or doing an obstacle course where you have to do different tasks quickly so you can get to the finish line. You might have to jump over something, run around cones, or go up and down stairs. You have to be fast and think quickly so you can make it to the end. It also helps with balance and coordination since you will be running and jumping and doing different movements. It helps keep your body strong and fit.
