ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Air gun

An air gun is like a toy gun, but instead of using bullets or rockets, it uses air to shoot pellets or BBs.

Imagine blowing on a birthday candle. The air coming out of your mouth is what makes the flame flicker or go out. In an air gun, there is a small chamber that holds a compressed amount of air. When you pull the trigger, it releases that pressurized air, which pushes the pellet or BB out of the gun.

Air guns come in different shapes and sizes, from small handheld ones to bigger ones that look like real rifles. They can be used for target practice or even hunting small animals, but it is important to use them safely and responsibly. Always follow the instructions and make sure you have proper training before using an air gun.
