Aircraft noise

Aircraft noise is the sound made by airplanes. When an airplane is flying in the sky, its engines produce loud sound waves that reach the ground. People on the ground can hear these sound waves and it can be very annoying. The sound waves can also be dangerous if they are too loud. Aircraft noise is a problem in many cities and airports because it can be disruptive. To reduce the amount of noise produced by aircraft, governments, airports, and airplane manufactures are working hard to find quieter aircraft, reduce airplane times and routes, and use special technology to make airplanes quieter.
