Airship

An airship is a big, floaty machine that can fly in the sky. People ride inside the airship and it takes them wherever they want to go. Airships are special because they don't need a runway or anything like that to takeoff - they can just float up into the air! They are often filled with gas, like helium, that makes them so light that they can soar through the air. Some of the biggest airships can be very long and can hold many passengers - which is why they are the perfect way to travel if you want to go somewhere far away.
