Albanian revolt of 1912

Okay kiddo, let me tell you a story about the Albanian revolt of 1912. Albania is a small country in Europe and back in 1912, it was under the control of the Ottoman Empire, which was like a big boss who told Albania what to do.

But the Albanians didn't always like what the Ottoman Empire did or said. They wanted to have their own independence, or their own say in how their country was run.

So, they decided to revolt, or to fight against the Ottoman Empire. They got together and formed a group called the Albanian League of Prizren. They wanted to unite all Albanians, who were spread out in different places, and create an independent Albania.

The Ottoman Empire didn't like this and they tried to stop the revolt. But the Albanians were determined and they fought back. They even had help from other countries who wanted to see them succeed, like Serbia and Bulgaria.

After a few battles, the Albanians were able to gain control of their country and declare independence on November 28, 1912. This means they were now their own boss, and could make their own decisions.

So that's the story of the Albanian revolt of 1912, when the Albanians fought against the Ottoman Empire to become independent and in control of their own country.
