Alexithymia

Alexithymia is a personality trait in which someone has difficulty recognizing and expressing their feelings. People with alexithymia usually don't talk about how they're feeling, and don't recognize what their feelings mean. They may struggle with relationships because of this, as it can be hard for them to empathize with other people's feelings.
