ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Algebraic logic

Algebraic logic is a kind of math that uses numbers and symbols to help solve problems. It's made up of equations, which are like sentences with a special kind of math language. Each equation has a bunch of numbers and symbols, and it's your job to figure out what the equation is saying. To do this, you have to use logic. That means you have to think carefully about what each number and symbol is doing in the equation and put them together in the right way to get the answer.
