Allgemeiner Arbeiterverband der Freien Stadt Danzig was a group of workers who lived in a place called Danzig. Danzig was a special place because it wasn't really part of one country - it was kind of like its own little place in between Germany and Poland. The workers in this group were people who had jobs and worked hard to make money to support themselves and their families. They wanted to make sure their bosses treated them fairly and that they all got paid enough money to live on. So they formed this group to work together and make sure their voices were heard when it came to important work-related things.
