Allodial title

Allodial title is when the owner of a piece of property has complete ownership rights over the property without owing any other person or government any payments or services. The owner of allodial title can control what happens on the property and can't be forced to give it up. Allodial title is the strongest type of legal ownership title because it gives the owner the most freedom and control over their property.
