Altai flood

An altai flood happens when a lot of water from a river, lake, or stream has a lot of water suddenly come out of it and the water goes into places it doesn't usually go. It can happen when there is a lot of rain, when a dam breaks, or when a snow melt happens too quickly. When an altai flood happens, it can cause a lot of damage to homes, roads, and other things near the water.
