American Arbitration Association

When two people or companies have a disagreement and they can't agree on how to solve it, they might go to something called the American Arbitration Association. This is like a special grown-up referee who helps them figure out a solution. The referee listens to both sides and decides what is fair. It's like when you play a game with your friend and you can't agree on the rules, so your mom or dad helps you both figure out a fair way to play. The American Arbitration Association helps grown-up people do the same thing when they have a disagreement.
