American Geophysical Union

The American Geophysical Union (AGU) is like a big group of people who really love the Earth and want to study it to make sure we are taking good care of it. They have many meetings and conferences where they talk about all sorts of things like weather, earthquakes, and volcanoes. They also write papers and share their research with other people who are interested in how the Earth works. The AGU helps scientists work together and learn from each other so they can figure out how we can live on Earth without hurting it too much.
