American Mathematical Society

The American Mathematical Society (AMS) is a group of grown-up people who like math! They love numbers and solving puzzles with them. They also want to teach others about how cool math is, and they want to help discover new math ideas.

The AMS also has a big club where other people who like math can join and talk to each other about their math problems and ideas. They have special meetings where they show their new math discoveries and learn from other people.

The AMS also publishes lots of books and magazines about math! They want to share math ideas with people who might not be part of their club so they can also learn and enjoy math.
