American Society for Engineering Management

Engineering management is a group of people who work together to make sure that engineering projects are done well! They're like the "bosses" of the engineers. And the American Society for Engineering Management is like a big club for those people to talk to each other and learn new things to do a better job of being the "boss" of the engineers. They also talk about how to make sure everyone is safe while doing their jobs and how to make sure the projects are done on time and on budget. They call themselves a "society" because it's like a big group of friends who all really like engineering.
