André Gill

André Gill was an artist who lived in France during the 1800s. He worked mainly with a type of printmaking called "lithography", which is a way to make very detailed prints of art, such as pictures, on a special type of paper. His work often featured funny, satirical images of life in France at the time. He was known for being both creative and humorous in his work. He is still remembered today for his iconic art.
