Androcracy

Androcracy means a society where men are in charge and have the most power. Think of a group of friends playing a game where one person gets to make all the rules and everyone else has to follow them. In androcracy, men are like the person who makes the rules and everyone else, especially women, have to follow them. It's like a big group game where some people get to be in charge, but in real life it's not fair or fun for everyone. It's important for everyone, no matter their gender, to have equal opportunities and be treated with respect.
