ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Angle

An angle is like a corner that two lines make when they meet each other. Take a piece of paper and fold it to make a corner. You now have two lines coming together to make an angle. The angle tells you how much the lines are turning towards each other. If they meet at a sharp point, the angle is small. But if they spread out like an open book, the angle is big. Another way to think about angles is to imagine a slice of pizza. The pointy end is like a small angle, and the wide end is like a big angle. Angles are measured in degrees, which tells us how much the lines have turned towards each other. For example, a right angle is exactly 90 degrees, like the corner of a square. So, angles help us describe the shape of things and how they are rotated or bent.
