Anti-Papalism

Anti-papalism means not liking or disagreeing with the pope. The pope is the leader of the Catholic Church, and some people think he has too much power and should not be the most important person in the Church. They might not like the way he teaches or runs things, and they might think that he shouldn't have the final say in everything. Some people who are anti-pope even think that the pope is a bad person who does things that are wrong. But not everyone feels this way - some people believe the pope is an important and respected leader who should be followed and trusted.
