Bin Laden was a dangerous man who did bad things. He was a leader of a group of people called Al Qaeda, and he wanted to hurt the United States and other countries. He was responsible for the September 11th attacks in 2001, when planes crashed into buildings in New York City and killed a lot of people. Bin Laden was found and killed by the US military in 2011.
