ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Anti-globalization movement

The anti-globalization movement is a movement of people and groups that believe that globalizing the economy (or, making it more linked and connected between countries) has disadvantages and can hurt people in poorer countries if done too fast. People in the anti-globalization movement want to make sure that globalizing the economy is done in a way that helps everyone in all countries, not just people in richer countries. They also want to make sure that companies and governments work together to make sure that people in poorer countries still have good jobs, can protect the environment, and are treated fairly.
