ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Anti-individualism

Anti-individualism is the belief that it's more important to think of ourselves as part of a group or a community, rather than as individuals. That means that the wishes and needs of other people in our group or community should be taken into consideration. We should always think of what's best for the group, instead of just looking out for our own interests.
